<p>雖然生長激素只是影響成長發育的因素之一，如果沒有透過後天外在的運動、營養等因素配合，一樣無法達成長高目標。楊晨表示，但是現在孩子總是熬夜晚睡，喜吃甜食、油炸食物，加上運動量不足，只要這些促進生長激素分泌的因子沒有好好把握，就容易造成孩子生長曲線未能照最理想的狀況發展，而錯失長高的機會。</p>



<p>楊晨提醒，其實孩子想要長高有一定的前提，那就是要健康！如果孩子所處的環境能讓他健康的生長，長高對他來說只是成長的附加價值，因此只要把握上述「睡 眠、營養、運動」三重點，就能讓孩子自然而然長到他該有的身高。</p>

<p>愛群兒童成長診所院長、台北醫學大學附設醫院小兒遺傳新陳代謝內分泌科兼任主治醫師楊晨也建議，透過家中空間就能做的運動，幫助孩子放電，又能增進健康。</p>



<p>楊晨表示，像是現在體育課，有些老師就會教小孩子怎麼伸展，其實這樣的運動量是比想像中的大的，運動到的肌肉也很多，但又安全、無聲，不太會讓孩子受傷，也不會干擾鄰居。「像是國小不是都有教健康操嗎？在家裡跳跳健康操，也能達到運動效果喔！」楊晨說，只要孩子有運動的習慣，自然就會想到辦法去運動，爸媽們適時的引導，其實會發現很多妙方。</p>

<p>兒童福利聯盟的調查，發現青少年的平均睡眠時間比應該要有的睡眠時間少了&nbsp;2&nbsp;小時，而這&nbsp;2&nbsp;小時其實就會造成很大的傷害。</p>



<p>有些爸媽可能會講說，都有要求小孩子早點睡，但孩子就會滑手機、看&nbsp;3C&nbsp;看到很晚。</p>



<p>楊晨說，比起口頭上叫孩子早點睡，不如讓孩子睡前跳跳繩、拉拉筋，然後洗澡，一方面動一動可以讓身體放鬆下來，二方面也可以養成睡眠儀式，讓睡眠品質改善。 但如果真的有睡眠品質差，常常多夢的問題，也可以去做睡眠檢測，楊晨說，有些人可能有輕微的睡眠呼吸中止症，或是過敏等問題。</p>



<p>「唯有把身體顧好，才有健康成長的本錢。」楊晨說。</p>

<p>楊晨醫師這幾年因為協助國健署的健康計畫，跑遍全台灣演講，而她也觀察到，很多國小的路口都會有超商、飲料店，放學時很多小朋友都聚集在那裡買下課點心，再去補習或是安親班。</p>



<p>「小朋友們消耗能量快、容易餓，所以下課的時候買東西吃是正常的，但超商的點心並不真的那麼健康，吃了之後不但更容易餓，還會影響他們的專注度，也讓正確的飲食『吃不下』。」楊晨說。</p>



<p>比如小朋友很愛買甜食，或是超商的果汁，但含糖量高的點心跟果汁，會破壞腸道菌叢，讓小朋友的免疫力下降、專注力下降，同時影響消化功能，讓身體真正需要的營養反而無法被吸收。</p>



<p>想讓小朋友下課時不去超商買食物，可以先由爸媽準備好健康的點心讓小孩子帶著，像是優格、水果、燕麥棒等，餓了就可以隨時吃；至於正餐的部分，想讓孩子願意吃健康的食物，其實需要他們「放完電之後」才會比較有胃口，否則可能因為沒有放電而煩躁、壓力很大，反而吃更多零食，或是暴飲暴食，「等於報復性進食的概念。」</p>

<p>其實長高只是健康身體的附加價值而已，不是一定要強迫孩子長高那幾公分，但身體只要健康，自然而然就能長得好、長得高，而要讓孩子健康成長的三大要素，就是「睡眠、營養、運動」。</p>
